Shoe Quote of the Week – Yes it’s back!

Hey baebé!

It’s the weekend and we are exhilarated by the fact that we finally came to the conclusion that one of the segments on here should be resuscitated. And yes, you guessed right: It’s the absorbing “shoe quote of the week” category, where we provide you with the deepest and realest of quotes relating to shoes; to positively engage your mind and boost your fashion enthusiasm & resolve on a weekly basis.

So here’s the quote for this week! It’s our own way of saying a BIG welcome into the month of March – The last month in the first quarter of the year.

Shoe Quote_March Week 1

Just in case you’re wondering who John Locke is, he is one of the most famous philosophers and political theorists of the 17th century. Often regarded as the founder of a school of thought known as the British Empiricism, he made foundational contributions to modern theories of limited, liberal government. He is a proof that brainiacs like you (yes you babe), are in no way exempted from fashion involvement.

Now to the core talk (Clears throat 😉 ) :

Yes, we love John Locke’s quote, but do you agree with me that the last part where he talked about how our income if too large, would cause us to stumble, was somewhat controversial? Hmmm… well, selah 🙂 .

In our opinion, money is a fundamental tool required for maximum impact in our communities and societies at large, so the more the better! With that in perspective, the first quarter of 2018 is soon wrapping up: What steps have you taken to implement that money-making idea which has repeatedly dropped in your heart? Have you left it lying fallow/dormant, hoping for some form of inspiration to find you someday? Or have you just continued to procrastinate like I also did for quite a long time? Well, sorry to burst your bubbles pretty, but here’s what I’ve learnt over time: Life doesn’t wait for those who wait for it, but rather follows the pace of those who get up and put it to valuable use.

Summary: Get up. Shake up the fear of the unknown and the devastation from past failure. Get busy. Get your hands dirty. Get productive. Make money. And more money. Then get yourself new pairs of gorgeous shoes which you so deserve! 😀 . What’s with the look now??? Biko when you work, you also have to rock jare… heheheee.

Thanks for reading till the end. See you again real soon.

P.S – Please feel free to share your thoughts on goals, money, fashion and style. You know how much we luuuuuv to interact with you… 🙂
